Yes! The spring finally seems to be here and it makes me so happy. The sun is shining and the sky is blue, who can possibly ask for more?

There are plenty of things to do at home when the spring is coming. It’s about time to start cleaning the balcony or the terrace. Remove everything that reminds you of the winter and make room for furniture, flower pots and nice accessories. Make sure that the balcony is just as cozy as the rest of your home, it could be the perfect place for some daily relaxation during spring and summer.

Take a look at your greenhouse. Is it complete or do you need to replace some of the windows? It will soon be a good time to start growing the first plants.

Do you have any lilac or forsythia in the garden? You can choose to cut back these bushes now if you want, but remember that they will not bloom as much this year if you choose to do that now. It’s perfectly fine to wait until they’ve bloomed as well.

What’s the best thing with the spring in your opinion? I think it’s the fact that the days gets longer and that the flowers starts to bloom outside the window. I guess I’ll have to wait a few weeks before I can see any wild flowers though….
